Centering Equity in Recruiting & Hiring

This two-part workshop invites HR professionals and hiring managers to reimagine that first point of contact with colleagues - the recruiting and hiring process - as their first opportunity to lead with equity.

During this two-part, interactive workshop, principals from Monday Morning Consultants (Jamie Joanou & Erica Nicole Griffin) will lead the participants in discussions that highlight common aspects of the hiring process and how to apply anti-racist updates. They include, but are not limited to: 

• Writing position descriptions 

• Advertising and Networking for the role

• Interviewing 

• Releasing Candidates
