The Surdna Foundation is seeking nominations and applications for the role of Program Officer, Sustainable Environments. This new PO will join the Sustainable Environments (SE) team to maintain an annual $9.2 million grantmaking portfolio of partnerships that drive a nuanced investment in environmental, climate, and land justice, recognizing that these intersecting issues disproportionately impact communities of color and low-wealth communities at crisis levels.

The new ED will empower and guide the team, steward and build relationships with national funders and contribute to a working culture that is collaborative, cohesive, and effective - all through a racial equity lens. The ideal candidate will possess a nuanced understanding of the needs of Arkansas’ children and families, have at least 8 years of experience leading or managing teams in nonprofit organizations, and experience in fundraising with institutional funders and budget management.

The Youth Sentencing & Reentry Project (YSRP) is inviting nominations and applications for a permanent Executive Director. The Executive Director will be a visionary leader who will oversee operations and engage the sector as they maintain and build relationships that will support YSRP’s growth and goals.
The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to YSRP’s assertion that children should not be in adult jails. We are particularly interested in meeting candidates who were incarcerated as children, who spent time in adult jails, or have proximity to those who have spent time in adult jails.
