Charlyse "Char" Lawson is the Operations Manager for Monday Morning Consultants. She has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience that helps her bring outstanding customer service, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and creativity to the team.

After a successful career in the haircare business (expanding over 15 years) she now focuses on the marketing side to offer operational & advertising services to other businesses that truly care about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging!

 

Charlyse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Originally from Saginaw, Michigan, she currently lives in Cocoa Village, Florida with her partner.
